The BmorFit Class Routine Incorporates…
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING – When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, a temporary increase in metabolism, improved cardiac function, and elevated HDL (good) cholesterol. In this program weights, kettlebells, and medicine balls will be used.
SPEED & AGILITY – This is used to create better coordination and overral athleticism. In order to do this the use of speed ladders and sprints are used.
TRX – A type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity, to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries.
BOOT CAMP – A fitness boot camp is type of outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.
